The Withlacoochee flows out of the Green Swamp (Florida), but that article does not include elevation information. The swamp is not all one height (I see one source (which I think may not meet our definition of reliable) state that the swamp is from 70 to 200 feet above sea level. If you can find a reliable source that states the elevation of the head of the river, that would be great, but I suspect the problem is the lack of reliable sources for designating a particular spot in the swamp as the head of the river.
