Article is categorized now. This isn't my expertise, but I would recommend checking out http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/1468-0424.00185 The Making of the Female Witch: Reflections on Witchcraft and Gender in the Early Modern Period, http://muse.jhu.edu/journals/africa_the_journal_of_the_international_african_institute/v077/77.2ranger.pdf Workshop'Deconstructing the Occult in Africa and Britain, 2006, http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/bpl/gend/2007/00000019/00000002/art00011 Students: A Gendered History by Carol Dyhouse, http://www.criticalimprov.com/index.php/irss/article/view/195 Witchcraft and Family: What Can Witchcraft Documents Tell Us About Early Modern Scottish Family Life? and so on. Changes

I added material to the victims section and am looking to add new sections regarding regional differences in regards to witchcraft and children. I am also going to try to link the article to others. Elph9 (talk) 03:06, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

Cleanup process started

Removed essay at beginning. Read like an op-ed and link to LA times in no longer functional. Material also referenced under Nigeria section so it was redundant

This article need further expanding but I do not believe it should be merged. No ideas for a good Lead, but I'll give it a shot — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mgustafson82 (talkcontribs) 03:01, 16 September 2013 (UTC)

Search terms

"witch child" and "witch children" should be search terms that lead to this article, for the Wikipedia internal search engine and the generalist search engines. I don't know how to do it so if someone here has the skill-set please help with this. Amanouz (talk) 17:49, 18 February 2016 (UTC)

Merge?

I see no reason for a separate article about Africa on this topic, so I believe that one Witchcraft accusations against children in Africa should be merged to this one. RobP (talk) 03:48, 15 October 2017 (UTC)
