Article standards
[edit]There is a discussion thread about this article on WikiProject Architecture, the gist of which is this article looks like a press release for the company, and some assertions that the article may originate within the company.
- The consensus opinion appears to be that the company is notable, i.e. should be represented on Wikipedia, but needs editing to comply with Wikipedia guidelines.
- Wikipedia:No original research and Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) are especially relevant here.
- Making the article more concise is recommended. There is too much detail and that makes it difficult to get an overview of what the company does.
- Given the huge list of projects, there should be very many more references. It would be better to be more selective and to particularly focus on projects that have good reliable references, and demonstrate the type of projects.
I have changed the tag from 'reads like advertising' to 'reads like a press release'. I've also deleted the list of references at the bottom of the page - they are in the body text and don't need to be repeated. ProfDEH (talk) 09:25, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
