The result of the move request was: footballer moved to "Winston Reid" and dab page replaced by hatnotes. Favonian (talk) 10:08, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
– And content at Winston Reid deleted and replaced with a hatnote. Somebody updated the DAB page. At Winston Reid there are two dabs, the other article about a cricketer. Per monthly page views (6200 v. 50), and Google hits (in which interestingly "Winston Reid cricket" gives many hits about the footballer) this player is the primary target. - Comment: Do we really need a dab page if there are only two? That's what hat notes are for. I would think moving the footballer article to Winston Reid with a hatnote leading to the cricketer article would be sufficient. Specifically, I would suggest deleting Winston Reid, moving Winston Reid (footballer) to Winston Reid, and placing {{about|the footballer|the cricketer|Winston Reid (cricketer)}} at the top of the footballer article.
