This article needs better ways to access the source materials. I need to find primary sources for energy capacities in Virginia. The numbers will be useful for creating Virginia's Integrated Resource plan to be finalized in Feb 2021. With only a Wikipedia reference, the capacity numbers may be ignored by the planners. Also, the link https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wind_generation_potential_in_the_United_States is broken.
