Title of article
[edit]Is there any reason this needs to be "Winchester '73 (1950 film)"? Or can it just be "Winchester '73"? There seems to be nothing else with that exact title and its easy enough to link to the specific Winchester rifle article from within this one. Any thoughts? Opinions? -Gohst (talk) 23:13, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
I think it is to sort out any confusion that this movie might have been made in 1973. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.160.157.190 (talk) 21:13, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
I've restored it to the original title. Skomorokh 06:01, 25 September 2009 (UTC)

nicknames
[edit]- Dan Duryea as Johnnie "Waco Johnnie" Dean
- Stephen McNally as Henry "Dutch Henry" Brown
- Millard Mitchell as Frankie "High-Spade Frankie" Wilson
Is that how they are credited? I would write it as "Dutch" Henry Brown, etc. —Tamfang (talk) 22:02, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
