builder/architect

Note that the nom form heading on Section 8 is "BUILDER/ARCHITECT" and the field is filed in with "C. D. Amos/George Burnett" - implying that Amos was builder and Burnett was architect. Searching for Burnett finds that there was "well known architect" in Colorado at the correct timeframe (Colorado newspaper archive) by that name, so I am listing Burnett as the architect and Amos as the builder.
