.The lawyer representing the plantiff in this case has created and is editing the article. There is no balance here. This is clearly self-promotion.

Notice the word "takings" set in quotations in parts of the article, but not in others, reflecting the plantiff's point of view.

It seems this is part of a concerted effort by his organization, the Pacific Legal Foundation, to spread their ultra-conservative views via Wikipedia:

On the remote possibility that anyone might be misled by the drive-by "NPOV" tagging of this article by an apparent troll, I am not G. Thomas Nebel, the very capable attorney who argued this case for the Respondent in the Supreme Court. Nor is Mr. Nebel associated in any way with Pacific Legal Foundation.
