Removed "Memberships" and "Bibliography"

I removed the "Memberships" and "Bibliography" sections for a couple of reasons.

They seemed very long and almost too detailed.
They were, as far as I can tell, copied from here, and I'm under the impression this constitutes a copyright problem.
