Common name

Regarding the move of this page, W. J. Deboe (74%), William J. Deboe (15%), and William Deboe (10%) are the only iterations of Deboe's name that constitute over 5% of references to him on newspapers.com. Per WP:INITS, a written-out name is preferable to simply initials if the written-out version is used by RS. This is, however, a borderline case where either would be fine.
