I'll review this shortly. Wizardman 02:55, 25 April 2016 (UTC)
Sorry for the delay on this. I did review all the non-prose matters (images, sources, etc.) and found no issues though, so all that's left is reviewing the prose. Wizardman 21:46, 4 May 2016 (UTC)
Now that I finally had a bit of free time, here's what I found:
- I'd add inflation templates for the $10,000/$150,000.
- You have some sentences starting with "In [year] ..." and others with "In [year], ...". Keep comma usage consistent.
- "He was reelected four times, winning each time by wide margins" getting nitpicky perhaps, but I'd like a citation at the end of this one.
- "After a long and contentious debate, involving " rm comma
As an aside, I never noticed that Massachusetts used to elect their governors each year until just now. Article is on hold and will be passed when fixed. Wizardman 18:58, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
- I'll get on these soon; I'll have to double-check my source on the "wide margins". Massachusetts had annual elections until 1920, and two-year terms until 1966. The typical 19th century year had legislature in the first part of the year, then party conventions, then elections; politics must have been non-stop. Until 1966, the gov and lt gov were also not on a unified ticket. (What I had to forget to make room for this trivia, I can't recall.) Magic♪piano 21:35, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
- I believe I've taken care of these issues. Magic♪piano 19:48, 16 May 2016 (UTC)
Everything looks good now, so I'll pass the article. Wizardman 01:05, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
