I think this is an excellent entry. Among the things that I would recommend including would be some specific discussion of who Caudill's mentors were at the University of Chicago, including the name of his dissertation advisor. How did his training reflect the history of anthropology? What notable anthropologists had a significant influence on his work? Note that I have added some additional hyperlinks. I've also made some minor corrections for consistency in tense (this should be reviewed). I think you need to use a better citation style, one following conventions used in most anthropology articles. That is, the in-text citations should be in the form "Caudill 1961: 43" with a complete citation included in the bibliography at the end of the article. Once this article is in mainspace, I think that links to in can be placed on the pages for medical anthropology and psychological anthropology, as well as history of anthropology.
