Music video censored

[edit]

In some countries the bottle he is holding near the end of the video was censored. I would add it to the article myself, but I found no references nor do I even recognize what that thing is (in the uncensored version). Anyone clarify? 109.80.161.230 (talk) 14:13, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

isn't the song about netball ???

As according to those sources:

1, 2, 3. I haven't used any third party WP:RS sources, but Wikianswers can be sometimes useful --82.139.5.13 (talk) 18:55, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Whistle (song)

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Whistle (song)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 22:48, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A Windows Phone is featured in the official video at 1:49 and 1:55. Note that Nokia Lumia 900 was released in April 2012 and the video in May 2012. Olivier Mengué |  20:28, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Whistler hoax?

[edit]

Hey all, an edit from October 2012 by user @Adam.privitera listed "Adam Privitera" as the whistler. I cannot find a single source that backs this up so I removed it. Possibly a good candidate for the list of hoaxes? To Adam's credit, he did upload a pretty convincing iPhone 4 photo of him whistling. Crunchydillpickle🥒 (talk) 03:12, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Meme?

[edit]

There's a meme going on with the Josh Hutcherson whistle, isn't it true? EverestMachine 4001 (talk) 03:01, 11 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
