I enlarged the plot summary, as I feel that a Wiki summary should be more than the teaser from the movie poster. This was, however, a disappointing film. We are left with many unanswered questions, such as why were hands severed and otherwise not dissected or damaged, why were the hands numbered, what made Audrey think that the mother's childhood home might still be owned (30 years later) by anyone in the family, that it might contain clues to the crimes, why was all the furniture in the house shrouded while it was clear from the garden and the cellar that there was still a lot of current activity, what was wrong with the girl's hands and what was the purpose of the elaborate hardware on them, how was any of this known to the boy, what happened to the rest of the murdered girls' bodies, etc. Sussmanbern (talk) 09:55, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
