Some authors use the "Whaleboat War" to refer to privateer actions only, while others include any small-scale military or intelligence actions in this theater and period of the war using whaleboats as well. I'm not going to revert your reversion on the Culper article, but the connection is tenuous at best. What I object to most strongly, however, is linking to a two-sentence article! It is not worth the reader's time to click on the link. —Dilidor (talk) 14:50, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
