remove one merge tag; merge other pages

As per List of Canadian political parties & other info, Western Independence Party is one entity apart from the other two, while Western Canada Party and Western Canada Independence Party are identical. ~~Am merging the other two~~.--Ling.Nut 03:33, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
