I think wikipedia had a Wesley Weber page a long time ago. I'm sure it got deleted for lack of importance, no references or something like that! I know we need some refs, I'll try to find one thats not from archive.org. This article first appeared in Wired some years ago. Actually I am not totally sure whether it was Wired, it may have been some other magazine as well. Anyway, I have read this article before elsewhere. According to CBC investigations, Mr. Wesley Weber and his long time friend are in the cannabis retail business. The police keep shutting the cafes down only to reopen. Authorities have gone to the level of using concrete blocks to ensure the stores stay shut by denying physical access.
