Stub and notability
[edit]There's more out there, but I put up this stub just to make sure that at least this much gets done. Aside from formatting (or rather the lack thereof, sorry, but I'm hungry), it looks like there's potential to cover his work with the Media Transformation Movement of South Africa (see this and this) and maybe the African Carbon Trade Exchange (see this).
There's four sources that are about him (even if they also discuss other topics), and this should meet "national or sub-national (statewide/provincewide) office, and members or former members of a national, state or provincial legislature." If someone feels that it does not yet meet WP:GNG, it probably will soon enough. This was just me going over what was provided at Wikipedia:Help_desk#Correcting_Article_Wesley_Douglas and the first two pages of a Google search.
Anyway, I'm pretty hungry, so that's all I'm doing for now. Ian.thomson (talk) 06:02, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
