While patrolling recent changes I noticed that the DOB in this article was changed. I did some research in order to verify this, and determined that the changes were factually correct. The manner in which I verified this was using publicly accessible county records. Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly link these records (government websites are piles of ASP.NET POST-only spaghetti) and they contain information that - while public - probably needn't be easily accessed via the references in a BLP article. The original change author mentions an interview where Deveon/Wes apparently confirmed this information; however, I am not plugged into the WWE fan-o-sphere and cannot locate this interview to cite it. Either way, the previous date of birth is proven incorrect and should not be displayed here. If another editor takes issue with the lack of explicit verification, I would advise that they remove the birth date altogether rather than revert and perpetuate misinformation.
