Prod removed on basis that hospital provides ER and ICU services (not surprising for a "county hospital") as noted on hospital's web page (link added).

Wikipedia:Notability_(Buildings,_structures,_and_landmarks)#Medical explicitly states that hospitals providing general or emergency are notable, without requiring any other refs. This hospital clearly meets that test.
