Compositions set in Vienna

[edit]

If this waltz qualifies for the category Compositions set in Vienna, then virtually every waltz he and his family wrote would also qualify. The "Wein" of the title does not mean Vienna, it means wine. -- JackofOz (talk) 20:04, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Two Versions!

[edit]

According to the existing recordings by major orchestras & conductors, I do think the waltz exists in two versions. For example, the Vienna Philharmonic and Willi Boskovsky recorded the complete version, while the same orchestra and the Berlin Philharmonic each recorded an abridged version with Herbert von Karajan. Could anyone help me find out any reasons and post it onto the article? Censorship in my country is quite strict and I am unable to access some webpages or search with Google.
