Cite templates

- These references were pulled as-is from LexisNexis Academic; the byline was empty in some instances but date and specific section/page number should be sufficient for verification purposes. While the references could definitely be added to and cleaned up a bit, I think the mentions in Fortune, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the New York Times, etc. establish notability - I'm removing that tag. Nwlaw63 (talk) 17:46, 3 October 2015 (UTC)
