Not criminal proceedings.

If I remember correctly all the courts business is conducted by word of mouth, that is with nothing written down, I will look for a source to cite and put that in. Also this suggests the proceedings are adversarial, and talks of guilt or innocence. Guilt or innocence can't be correct because the proceedings are not criminal. In English we'd call the proceedings civil. Could be worded better IMHO. Hmcst1 (talk) 15:57, 23 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
