Comments:

  1. The sentence "The 10.09-mile (16.24 km) long roadway begins at Sunrise Boulevard in Camano and travels east to Stanwood and ends at an interchange with Interstate 5 (I-5)." sounds wordy.
  2. Remove Secondary State Highway 1Y links in lead and history that redirect to this article and bold instance in lead.
  3. The sentence "The route intersects city streets, crosses a railroad track owned by the BNSF Railway, and serves Amtrak's Cascades route between Vancouver, British Columbia, and Seattle." sounds awkward.
  4. Shouldn't the information about the traffic counts near the western terminus be mentioned earlier in the route description?
  5. Can more information about the physical surroundings the route passes through (i.e. woods, residential areas) be added to the route description?
  6. Much of the history section contains minor construction projects. Can you remove any projects that are not notable?

I am placing the article on hold. Dough4872 (talk) 14:54, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
