Article rewritten

I'm rewriting the article. I'm of the belief that this necessitates an article all by itself, as it isn't simply "just another 40k supplement". GW is actually producing models/boxed kits that can only be used using this supplement (Baneblade, Stompa) so it's definitely different from the other expansions in the past.
