This article was started because it was requested by the Wiki golf portal.
Before I had a chance to finish this article (and some other articles I was working on), some of my contributions were deleted or threatened with deletion. As I have little spare time (I am a full time professional scientist) I have decided to give up my activities on Wikipedia.
