Page needs help

Seems like no one is looking after this page at all. On September 23, 2021, someone did some edits, and apparently attempted to add an image; at least, the text languishing at the beginning of the second paragraph of the history section "Walton Harbour Lighthouse with ship being loaded at dock" appears to be the caption for an image which seems never to have been added.
