Bush and Gates as descendants
[edit]Unless I'm missing something, I see nothing to verify this. --Omarcheeseboro (talk) 14:28, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
---Hi. I came across the research through the W-A-R Genealogical Services. If you click on political figures, and others, you will find the pedigree, which has extensive sources cited in their research of each individual.
Further, here on this site, cited from an educational web address, links the Bushes to Thomas Newcomb. Judith Woodworth was the wife of Thomas Newcomb. More educational websites also link Judith Woodworth to the Bushes through Thomas Newcomb, and Judith Woodworth is a descendant of Walter Woodworth. (see Descendants of Walter Woodworth, cited in the references) This book cites Judith Woodworth as being married to Thomas Newcomb on p. 18. The British university website has the same genealogy as the W-A-R website.
Concerning Mr. Gates, this Wiki page links him to Louisa Woodworth, in which the W-A-R Genealogical Services does as well, and follows the genealogy back to Walter Woodworth.
If this is still not a suitable source, my apologies, and I won't be offended if you edit it. I can add these sources referenced if you feel it would be better. Nonetheless, your call.
