Wikipedia:Notability states that for an author to be notable, there must be "Sources of evidence include recognized peer reviewed publications, credible and authoritative books, reputable media sources, and other reliable sources generally."
The academic being discussed has a huge number of published academic articles published in well respected internationally renowned journals. He has made a contribution to the development of organisational studies by widely researching his area, and synergising the results to come up with a conclusion.
The author has also published a more controversial article in a book, critiquing the publication system in a fictionalised case study (Frost and Cummings, 1995). He has also done other similar "case study" based research.
I agree that there needs to be more information about his more notable research and what he has contributed to organisational studies.Senington (talk) 10:34, 24 November 2012 (UTC)Senington[reply]
