[edit]In 1925 he was part of St.Marks in the Parochial League. He was elected president of the national body succeeding Harry Fairfield. He was the first person from St.L to get to that position. Up to that point he had served on the Missouri Soccer Commission for eight years and was USSFA vice president for two years and was chairman of the Olympic selection committee. After his term as president and time with the 50WC team he returned to the MSC as secretary and again as chairman of the Olympic soccer committee as well as coaching Mercy High.
