I have linked this article to the Arabic Wikipedia article. I noticed that there are some missing information. I will try improve it. Thanks.--SharabSalam (talk) 16:07, 12 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It is not clear from the lead why this person is notable. The lead says: He is a physician. He was arrested. So? People are arrested in totalitarian states all the time. The article needs some kind of Background section to explain why this person is worthy of an encyclopedia article. Yoninah (talk) 01:43, 6 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It seems clear why he is worthy of an encyclopedia article to me. He has a US citizenship. He was arrested and he has got a lot of attention by the media. The notability certainly passes WP:GNG. Also the article can pass the academic notability since he is the CEO of the international medical center even without the arrested thing and the US citzenship.--SharabSalam (talk) 11:04, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not questioning his notability. I'm questioning the way the lead is written. A lead should summarize the main points of the article, which this one does not. The second paragraph about his education is really unnecessary. Yoninah (talk) 11:32, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
