Manager before Adrian Tucker?

According to Tucker's Wikipedia article, he replaced Andy Beattie in 2007. However any record of the team's managerial history before that is virtually nonexistent - the only mention I can find of Andy Beattie's tenure as manager is on Merthyr Town's website, in which it claims he became Wales' manager some time after 1996 until 2002:

After an impressive career at Penydarren Park his final appearance for the Martyrs was in May 1996 in the 3-2 defeat at Nene Park the home of Rushden and Diamonds. [...] After leaving Penydarren Park he was appointed manager to the Welsh Ladies Senior International side, and just six years after leaving the Martyrs Andy returned to Penydarren Park in 2002, when he was appointed as joint manager with John Relish. At the time the Martyrs were playing in the Western Division of the Southern League and the new management duo led the club to promotion in their first season.

Does anyone have any reliable sources that verify when his tenure started, and who managed the team in the five years in between?

I've managed to find quite a bit more info now thanks to endless going back and forth on the FAW's webite on Wayback machine. I've found that Sian Williams managed the side from 2000 until 2003 (something that as it turns out was on her Wiki article already) and Andy Beattie managed from then until 2007. Using old reports from the Belgian FA I've found that Roy Thomas was the manager for two qualifying matches between the two sides in December 1999 and March 2000. When his tenure began still remains a mystery, but I've found an article from an old Wales player, Ceryl Tindall-Jones, who says Thomas gave her a call-up to the senior squad the week she turned sixteen, which means his tenure stretches back to at least March 1996. Hi Afreoleidddra, nice work. It looks like Sue Lopez was (briefly) in charge before Roy Thomas. The rebooted team for the UEFA Women's Euro 1995 qualifying was overseen by a guy called Lyn Jones (who I think took Merthyr Tydfil F.C. to the Welsh Cup and died quite recently). But I can't find a source to tie it to him. In the 80s before the FAW took an interest it seems Sylvia Gore was in charge. Thanks, Bring back Daz Sampson (talk) 17:08, 19 April 2021 (UTC)

Hi! That's fantastic, thank you very much. I've found added Sue Lopez to the list for now - I'm still looking for a decent source just for the sake of being thorough. I've also added a start date to Roy Thomas' tenure - considering the interview I read earlier had him down as manager in March of 1996, the same year Lopez left, that wouldn't leave a very large gap. I'll hold off on including Sylvia Gore just because it looks a bit untidy having a gap in the middle. If I can find something reputable to tie him I'll add both of them at the same time.
