This redirect is a joke
Wasn't there an article about NBA/NHL type draft lotteries here, not anything to do with playfighting involving men in swimwear? Duke toaster 16:03, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
wwe draft celebrates 5 years in a making
this year marks the 5th anniversary of the WWE draft.134.124.143.149 15:23, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
There is a trivia part that lists wrestlers that have been on all three brands. Shouldn't super crazy be on the list? I recall a backstage skit on RAW where Paul Heyman, Coach, and Teddy Long were arguing about which brand was the best and asked Super Crazy for his opinion.
- Super Crazy was part of the original ECW has not been part of the WWE version except for appearing at One Night Stand. 24.89.69.22 17:43, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
Redirect
The redirect by Neldav had no justification to it. The merge suggestion is there, but it hasn't been voted on. Due to this I have reverted the page to the last edit by 3bulletproof16. Until the merge suggestion has come to a consensus, I request that the page not be made into a redirect. Mushrambo 15:34, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
Next
Just wondering when the next draft lottery is? It's supposed to be one month after Mania, but it has not happened yet Jay316 09:09, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

Merge
I believe the two articles should be separate as they are two different subjects. The draft is only a tool used after the brand split to shuffle Superstars around. It is also becoming an annual event whereas the brand split occurred only twice (the first time between Raw and Smackdown and the second time when ECW was added). 24.89.69.22 17:46, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
- Immediately after making the above comments, Nick Butler merged the articles anyway. Is there not supposed to be a process before articles are merged? 24.89.69.22 17:49, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
Nooo!!!, the draft and the brand extension are related, thus during the brand extension a draft occured, and during the ECW brand extension, another draft occured, so they should be merged because basically they are the same subject. This article should be deleted, because people keep unmerging the articles.Nosaints4life 20:44, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
- Two points here. One: No consensus has been made for the merge, totally disregarding my former request AND disregarding the standard procedure taken in matters like this. Two: Seeing how they are having another draft lottery, it stands that this article still has a purpose. Now I ask again. Please do not merge the articles until the proper measures have been satisfied. Once we have a consensus, then leave it to an admin to decide the proper fate of this article. Until then, leave it alone. Mushrambo 02:47, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
- Seeing as no one has even acknowledged that I have said anything, I have yet again reverted the edits to their previous form. Citing the WikiProject to prove the article as non-notable is not a legitimate way to determine its actual notability. Therefore I have added a listing to the Proposed Mergers article for further discussion. Now I ask once more. Please do not merge the articles until a consensus has been met. If the consensus is for merger, so be it. Just please take the proper actions before merging the articles. Mushrambo 02:21, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
draft
can an injured superstar be drafted?
YES, didnt u see the draft lottery 2004 or 2005, Rob van dam was drafted to raw while he was injured.
Is there a source for the claim that the next draft will be in june?
- I couldn't find one, so I removed it. It hasn't been announced on-screen or on WWE.com, to my knowledge.Illuminattile 23:53, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
Wrestling Inc. and Pro Wrestling Insider has suggested that the WWE may not have a draft lottery this year at all according to unnamed sources but I am not putting it in the article until it is confirmed. Zdunne 19 May 2006 (UTC)
