Propose Network Knowledge & Convocom as Separate Wikipedia entries

[edit]

I realize that Southern Illinois University acquired Network Knowledge. I am proposing that the 1970-1991 or 1995 Convocom history be separated, into a separate entry (history) and the 1995-2020 Network Knowledge history have its own entry. I suggest that 1995 be used since that was the date that Governor Jim Edgar changed higher education structure in Illinois and Dr. Gruber desired for relocated HQ to Springfield. Grew up in west-central IL, and served as WIU representative for Convocom creation. I knew the principles, now passed. Beatgr 18:35, 28 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sledgehammer revert

[edit]

Mvcg66b3r, because you disagreed with one aspect of a painstaking edit was no reason to revert the whole thing; WP:BROKE is a vague, brief essay. I'm done here; the article is sort of a mess, but I don't like copyediting TV-station articles because of ownership issues such as this (BTW, your reversion restored formatting which is deprecated at {{Infobox broadcast}}. Miniapolis, Which formatting was deprecated? Mvcg66b3r (talk) 14:18, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The callsign-meaning parameter: "Per MOS:ACRO, do not use bold or other style to emphasize the first letter of acronyms". Miniapolis 16:11, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
