It isn't unsourced
[edit]I looked a bit into sources cited (here and in other languages WP).
VIAF confirms his area of expertise, ten publishers, six or so coauthors (several mentioned in several scripts and I didn't checkmark the list exactly). So, Teophrania and Octavia publishers are confirmed, Brill, Leiden and Caravan Books also. Several books seem to have been published by publishers marked in Israeli script, which I didn't have time to decode, yet. Numbers of publications by countries and regions also support info in the article. Edited: In list of selected coautors, Olga Stolbova and Vitalij Viktorovič Ševoroškin are confirmed as coauthors. Also, the list of published works seem to confirm some (but not all) of what is in the article about that.
I didn't (yet) succeed to access the web source http://www.ytime.com.ua/, referred in russian WP, which is in Ukraine, but web.archive.org directly< confirms part of work and part of published works.
I also didn't yet succeed to access titus.uni-frankfurt.de/, but I intend to add web.archive source also as a source to this article, and propose (and if nobody objects in some days or so, intend) to replace current template for one asking for inline citations. I also intend to already add those inline citations I already identified (but not today). Marjan Tomki SI (talk) 18:07, 8 November 2023 (UTC)
Problem with the inline citation referring from VIAF is, that the article text is writen concisely, often in such a way that VIAF often confirms part of the statement, but not all of it. If I attached a reflink after the statement it could/would be misleading, if I did it to confirming parts of the statement (or reform it) les concise and readable. Will see how other sources help. --Marjan Tomki SI (talk) 11:07, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
Non-encyclopedic Tone
[edit]When discussing works, the article praises the books to a great degree, and uses highly subjective phrasing. Is there a way to change this? Boone888 (talk) 23:52, 15 June 2024 (UTC)
