Cathedral?

[edit]

Is the chapel at Montserrat actually a cathedral? -- Gyrofrog (talk) 22:52, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so. It is certainly a monastery. Physchim62 (talk) 13:53, 21 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Not: there is not a bishop. It is an abbey with an abbott. (JGG)

Negra Sum Sed Formosa

[edit]

Worth mentioning that the phrase comes from Song of Songs 1:5? —Tamfang (talk) 05:39, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

yes, should be in the article.--2607:FEA8:D5DF:F945:E1EB:45DE:7F7F:45F2 (talk) 20:46, 24 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

black but beautiful

[edit]

This sentence does not seem right; "The famed image once bore the inscription Negra Sum Sed Formosa" (Latin: I am Black, but Beautiful)." and has no references.-- Kayoty (talk) 21:32, 4 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Small casket with ntra.sra.de Montserrat on it.

Anyone tell me anything about this please. 209.35.128.118 (talk) 13:49, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
