Children

The article mentions three daughters and a son, which is probably enough detail. Ancestry.com has an entry for George Meredith (Sheffield) Plimmer (29 April 1913 in St Marylebone, London to July 1994 in Eastbourne, East Sussex) with links to two sisters born in 1918 and 1919. It would be interesting to see if the missing sister is listed in the 1921 census. TSventon (talk) 11:57, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I tend to leave it at number of each gender, unless one is (borderline) notable or followed in their parent's wake in some fashion. I think the obits mostly mentioned son and three daughters, which might imply son was born first. The only thing the obits talked about was the fact that (unnamed) eldest daughter looked after R. H. A. Plimmer in his final illness, after Violet Plimmer's death. There was a long list of mourners at RHAP's funeral, which might well give the married names of their daughters.
It's an interesting family; now done Henry George Plimmer as well, RHAP's stepfather. Espresso Addict (talk) 21:56, 7 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
