Hi - I note the warning on Violet's article not to insert an infobox - and I also note that it is probably a good call. As a serial infobox user myself, I would like to know why specifically that call was made (for my own development). I am planning a couple of minor additions to this page to dovetail with a friend of Violet's called Minnie Byron. What intrigues me about Violet is that she and Minnie were about the same age (Minnie was born 1861) but that Violet is clearly much more of a career performer and Minnie more of an opportunist (gold-digger), who was very good at it but appears never to have competed with Violet, partly because they weren't suited to the same kind of roles.
