Copyright violation and incorrect info
[edit]Most of the text on this page appears to come from the Indobase page linked to by the page (and even more did before my edits). There's a copyright notice at the bottom of that page. Guy Harris 03:28, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- Somebody proceeded to put that text back. Please do not copy from http://www.indobase.com/indians-abroad/vinod-dahm.html, or any other copyrighted site, and paste here. Guy Harris 19:43, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
The info on the Indobase page linked to by the page is not fully correct. In-fact Indobase is not a reliable source by wikipedia standards. Abecedare has made it very clear. Information from Indobase will not be considered as reliable source and will be deleted. Bigsuperindia (talk) 22:13, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- i agree with you on that but the problem is that indobase do not rectify errors even when you email them. i mailed them and pointed out several errors but their response was negative. Reply email said that information is gathered from internet and they do not take any responsibility of information provided on Indobase.com. Onef9day (talk) 14:49, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

External link to video was false, led to retail electronics home page?
[edit]Ok, I saw this link and deleted it, I'm inexperienced at editing, so hope someone can check the before/after revision and action accordingly if necessary. thanks. Werebus (talk) 13:52, 19 November 2016 (UTC)
This is a indian personality cult article (like the old soviet articles about comrade Stalin :)
[edit]I was working for NCR and also with all Intel processors from I8008 and never heard this name ... Obviously he was one of the countless director-bureaucrats filling the skyscrapers of US multinationals. If he invented some technological process for NCR, then he could definitely not be able to do significant work in computer architecture - because this is a completely different task. And Intel became aware of the significance of binary compatibility far before 80586. But it is imaginable that he misused Intel know-how at this IBM start up and later AMD (I remember very well this surprising time - we assumed, that Intel intentionally and secretly transferred its know-how to AMD to get a second supplier ("competitor") to by eligible for delivering CPUs to the federal agencies ...)46.7.156.189 (talk) 09:41, 12 October 2017 (UTC)
