why mancini-corlene?
[edit]His last name is Mancini and adopts Corleone at the end of the film. Saying Mancini-Corleone gives the impression that he had both last names since the beginning. If you're to do this, might as well change the (original) godfather's name to Vito Andolini-Corleone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.142.220 (talk) 21:48, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

- I went ahead and moved the page. It only makes sense. Joefromrandb (talk) 03:48, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
Michael's death?
[edit]- Vincent continued on as Don of the Corleone family through Michael's death in 1997.
How did you get this information? See Talk:Michael Corleone. -- Toytoy 10:52, Jun 11, 2005 (UTC)
It would help to mention that Vincent's character is played by Actor Andy Garcia. I think this is a vital bit of info which needs to be added most of all --Wildflower686 11:15, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
Classified?
[edit]I don't understand why his successor in the Corleone crime family is listed as "Classified"? I don't know enough myself to change it or flag it, but it seemed strange. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stargat (talk • contribs) 21:35, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
Abandoned sequel
[edit]This whole section is not referenced properly. Just mentioning the commentary on the DVD of GFIII is not sufficient to avoid your good work being reverted.
I would prefer to see it remain in situ. Hoping someone (if not you) will come to the rescue, I have added a template to both paragraphs.
Sincerely,

Sonny and Lucy
[edit]The Introduction says, "In the 1972 film The Godfather Sonny has a sexual encounter with Lucy the day he is killed; no further reference is made to Lucy until Part III." Is that correct, or does it describe the day that Sonny attacked Carlo on the street?Arnold Rothstein1921 (talk) 11:05, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
