Datation of the design of Villa Badoer

[edit]

The year commonly accepted for the design of the villa Badoer by Palladio seems to be 1554, not 1556. The 1554 design is reported by the source is the CISA, the international centre of research that is the most important for studies on Palladio (with RIBA), saying that the villa was "constructed and inhabited in 1556". I didn't read Puppi (1972), but it is possible that some more recent research updated it. --Marcok (talk) 13:39, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
