[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Information to be added or removed: ADD pronunciation of Name Vijay (Vee-jay) Govindarajan (go-vin-da-RAH-jin) Explanation of issue: Professor Govindarajan would like to have the Pronunciation of his name displayed next to his name. References supporting change: http://www.tuck.dartmouth.edu/people/vg/ Tammyethorson34 (talk) 14:03, 4 August 2020 (UTC)
- Tammyethorson34, I see that you've gone and made the change yourself. Adding a pronunciation is a relatively uncontroversial edit, and I don't have any objections to it staying on the article if nobody else objects. If it sticks, it sticks. Please be aware, however, that the edit request queue is severely backlogged (there are 72 other requests currently pending) and thinly staffed; consequently, it may take more than 24 hours for a volunteer to get around to reviewing your edit. It is best practice for editors with a conflict of interest to not edit articles directly. Thanks, Altamel (talk) 20:10, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
The article need to be written more in the tone and tenor of wikipedia (59.92.119.166 (talk) 19:35, 12 August 2023 (UTC))
There is no citation for this assertion given in the article - "He is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author and a two-time winner of the McKinsey Award for the best article published in Harvard Business Review". Can anyone identify a source as it was not properly cited in the google pages too. (59.92.119.166 (talk) 19:37, 12 August 2023 (UTC))
