In victor Hugo's actual novel, the town is never actually named but shown "struck out" as M- sur M-, it is given the name Vigo only in the film version starring John Malkovitch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.212.236.227 (talk) 16:43, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Vicus

I could not find viccus in my Latin dictionary so changed it to vicus which is not only in the Latin dictionary; it has an article in English Wikipedia; but the translation was wrong too. See Vicus (Rome). Iph (talk) 16:23, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
