This article has serious problems
[edit]A single citation is all that is necessary for this article, because the entire thing is just a quote from the IAEA website on the added protocol.
It starts with a POV statement about "significant step forward" in nuclear liability coverage. This is not a fact, but a judgement by an agency which is in the business of promoting nuclear power. For people endangered by reactors near them, this treaty which limits the amount that nuclear utilities have to pay, may well be a significant step backwards.

note that this page is largely about the aqdded protocol, not about the 1963 original convention.
Link to the text of the Convention please!?

Problems with intro and tone of article
[edit]The article lacks a proper intro and has an overall tone issue and thus should be rewritten to conform to WP style/tone guidelines. Also needs citations as prev. mentioned on this talk page. --Cab88 (talk) 06:21, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
