I would like to discuss my change of Eftimiu's ethnicity from "Romanian" to "Albanian-Romanian". If there is a bridge of friendship between the Romanian and Albanian people, that bridge has the name of Victor Eftimiu. In Albania we praise his work probably more than in Romania is done.
