The victims right should be protectected with the Court of Law. We are human being ,not an animal that can be harm by anybody , physically, emotionally, character assassination,repeated day and night electronic attacks using the latest technology.This is very inhuman and uncivilized. The culprits are usually onesided and must follow the rule of law, not their own.This are clearly criminal acts and should not be tolerated.This should be stop , and be punish to the fullest according to the law, or there are more victim to come.I am one of this who seek justice as a senior-vulnerable victim. I have a Chinese neighbor who is not friendly above our unit and do not even wants to talked if I needed to.

I have just added archive links to 2 external links on Victims' rights. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20120118185635/http://www.ncvc.org/ncvc/main.aspx?dbName=DocumentViewer&DocumentID=32463 to http://www.ncvc.org/ncvc/main.aspx?dbName=DocumentViewer&DocumentID=32463
