The reference used in this stub is not properly formatted and does not contain a link. Apparently the actual reference is "Vicente Riva Palacio Collection, 1790-1896 , Benson Latin American Collection, General Libraries, University of Texas at Austin". The paragraph of the stub is pretty much the chronology found on that reference converted to sentences. Also, the reference itself is repeated throughout the paragraph as if it were several individual references for each sentence. I am going to remove them and put a single reference at the end of the paragraph to the cleaner version with a link.
