photo, indicate problem / show comparison

"Vertebroplasty has been found to be ineffective." That sounds a bit cut and dried doesn't it? There appears to be plenty of professional debate on this subject and studies done that do not support this. Such a definitive blanket statement seems misleading to say the least.
