@Tiny Particle: thank you for improving the page. However, as far as style is concerned you didn't do a good job. Also, I would like to understand why you wrote "ventricina del vastese", the most common artisanal version; the title of the it.wiki page is "ventricina", not "ventricina del vastese" (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ventricina).
