The 1972 QC licence plate shown is a trailer plate. The "R" prefix designates the French word "remorque", which is a direct translation of "trailer".Bill S. (talk) 00:24, 10 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Article not available in French

[edit]

I checked the available languages for this article and I expected it to be in French as well but turns out it’s only available in Ukrainian. Quebec doesn’t speak Ukrainian. I think there needs to be a French version of this article as this article is all about the licence plates of Quebec. Metric Supporter 89 (talk) 15:05, 23 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Since this is the English Wikipedia, this isn't the place to ask. Bring it up on the French Wikipedia. Acroterion (talk) 22:53, 25 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Licence Plate SVG File

[edit]

Could @BasilLeaf please provide the SVG file (or equivalent) for the licence plate facsimiles? It would be easier for other editors to add images for new series, such as the current ABC 12D. Thank you. P358bb70 (talk) 00:10, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
